1. Validity: Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. 2. Redemption: Vouchers can be redeemed only for the activity listed above. 3. Exclusions: Vouchers cannot be used for retail products, food, or beverages. 4. Non-Transferable: Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 5. Booking: Advance booking is required and subject to availability. 6. Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or the voucher may be forfeited. 7. Loss or Theft: Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced. 8. Multiple Use: Vouchers can be used multiple times until the value is exhausted. 9. Partial Use: Any remaining balance on the voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. 10. Alteration: The management reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
