This Voucher is valid for 12 months from the day of purchase unless stated otherwise, but for security reasons cannot be redeemed within 72 hours of purchase. The Voucher can only be redeemed at Cotswolds Hotel & Spa. The Voucher may not be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable. On the day of your booking, please bring your Gift Voucher with you and inform one of our team members that you wish to use it for payment prior to starting your experience. Advance bookings are necessary and are subject to availability. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours’ notice will render the Voucher null and void.
